Does my dog have to stay there all day in a crate?

Your dog will be assigned a dedicated appointment time, which is typically 90 minutes for small dogs and two to three hours for large dogs.  For your dog’s comfort, and your convenience, we work on all dogs from start to finish and operate on an “in and out” model.  You will be given a 20 minute “head’s up” phone call to collect your dog. However, if you are not able to come for him right away, and proof of vaccinations has been provided, he is welcome to play in daycare at our hourly rate (minimum one hour charge).

Can I drop my dog off in the morning and pick him up after work?

Yes!  We have two large play areas for large and small dogs, and your dog will be allowed to play before and after his grooming appointment.  A half day daycare charge will apply.

Do you groom cats?

Yes. Cats are groomed during the day on Thursdays only.

Do you accept difficult dogs?

Even dogs who are less appreciative of the grooming experience still need to be groomed, however they may take extra time.  In order to give your dog the time s/he deserves, please let us know at the time of booking if your dog has had difficult experiences in the past with grooming.  While we don’t charge extra for the love we pour on them, we may charge a small additional fee for the extra time it does take to complete the groom and have your dog looking and feeling great again.

Do you accept females in heat?

If your female dog is in full standing heat, please book her groom before or after her cycle.

What are your business hours?

We have groomers available seven days a week to accommodate you and your pet.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice is appreciated for cancellations.  This gives us time to contact someone on the wait list to fill your spot.  If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you. However, please do not assume this and not show up – please call us first!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Debit.

May I tip the groomer?

Of course!  Tips, while not mandatory, are always appreciated and allow us to upgrade our products, tools, and education on a more regular basis.
